Babalawo IfaNayel

Founder and Spiritual Head of Ile Ogbe Di

Oluwo IfaNayel is a deeply initiated Babalawo, spiritual teacher, and the founding leader of Ile Ogbe Di. With over four decades of experience across multiple African spiritual systems—including Ifá, Palo Briyumba, Osain, and the sacred mysteries of Esu—he brings profound wisdom, discipline, and compassion to his leadership.

Known for his mastery of the sacred Odu Ifá and his teachings on multidimensional cosmology, Egbe Orun, Ori, and the Iyaami Osoronga, he guides seekers to align with their divine destiny and unlock their spiritual DNA. As a priest of Esu and custodian of ancestral and universal knowledge, Oluwo IfaNayel leads the Ile as a sanctuary of truth, character refinement, and sacred transformation.

Mission Statement

Mission Statement of Ile Ogbe Di

Ile Ogbe Di is a sacred House of Ifá dedicated to the preservation, teaching, and living embodiment of the Yoruba spiritual tradition. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit spiritual and educational organization, our mission is to provide a nurturing environment where individuals may deepen their relationship with Orí, honor the Orisha, venerate the Ancestors, and align their destinies through the wisdom of Ifá.

Guided by the principles of Iwa Pele (gentle and righteous character), we are committed to:

  • Educating our members and the wider community in the spiritual science, cosmology, and moral teachings of Ifá.

  • Offering culturally grounded rites of passage, divination, and initiation services in accordance with traditional and diasporic lineages.

  • Promoting community healing, self-empowerment, and spiritual sovereignty through outreach, service, and support.

  • Upholding the sacred covenant between practitioner and Spirit with integrity, humility, and honor.

As custodians of an ancient wisdom tradition, we embrace all seekers of truth, regardless of background, and strive to uplift humanity through the divine principles revealed by Orunmila, as interpreted through the sacred Odu.
