Shipping Policy

Order Processing


All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please note that consecrated or custom-prepared items may require additional processing time, as they are prepared specifically for each client.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


Shipping times vary based on the selected carrier and service at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Address Responsibility


Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Any issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.

Damaged Items


If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
