Consecrated Items (Final Sale)

All consecrated or ritualized items (including but not limited to Opele, Cowrie Shells, consecrated tools, and spiritual implements) are final sale and non-refundable. These items are prepared and consecrated specifically for the individual client and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Non-Consecrated Items

Non-consecrated items may be returned within 5 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

• Items must not have been utilized in any spiritual or ritual practice

• Proof of purchase is required

• ​

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Consultations & Services

Consultations are refundable only if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
