Consecrated Items (Final Sale)
All consecrated or ritualized items (including but not limited to Opele, Cowrie Shells, consecrated tools, and spiritual implements) are final sale and non-refundable. These items are prepared and consecrated specifically for the individual client and cannot be returned under any circumstances.Non-Consecrated Items
Non-consecrated items may be returned within 5 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return:-
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Items must not have been utilized in any spiritual or ritual practice

Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.Please note that consecrated or custom-prepared items may require additional processing time, as they are prepared specifically for each client.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on the selected carrier and service at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Any issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.Damaged Items
